IBS and Natural Health Solutions When Traveling

A few days after Paul had his first colon hydrotherapy treatment, he returned to his hometown of Virginia for a family reunion. Since all the meals at the event were being prepared by other people, his consumption was unfortunately rich in acidic foods and in addition, he wasn’t eating the best food combinations (more on that in the next paragraph) and quickly became very constipated. He felt tired and didn’t want to get out of bed. After three days of constipation, he touched base with me asking how best to immediately address this. I have abs?!” Yes, it’s true! When the colon is alleviated of accumulation, we can see a lovely definition of our anatomy return!
